I notice that Season Tickets are on sale but I want to purchase tickets for an individual show. Why can't I do that now?

Season Ticket holders are given preference to performances and we need to make sure that their seats are accommodated first. Individual show tickets will be released two months prior to the show opening. Part of the reason for this is that we are a small, volunteer run organization with limited resources. Plus we have to work within the constraints of the software available to us in our price range. Our system only allows us to have a certain numbers of tickets available online at one time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our patrons.

I notice that you use PayPal but I don't have a PayPal account. How do I pay for my tickets online?
You do not need a PayPal account to complete your online purchase.  PayPal accepts Debit and Credit cards. That option usually appears towards the bottom of your screen. Simply click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and you will be redirected to a PayPal Guest Checkout page. You can complete your online transaction here! Then, sit back, relax, and mark your calendar for the show date!

Is there a physical ticket?

No. Your name and reservation is your ticket. If you order online you will receive an email confirmation. If you leave a message on the ticket line, you will receive a return phone call and that will be your confirmation. You need only show up on the date of the performance and give your name at the box office and you will be directed to your table to enjoy the show.

I notice that you charge tax on the tickets now.* Why is that?

Although we are a non-profit, we still have to collect tax on what we "sell," and that is the ticket. A non-profit means we do not have to pay tax on what we purchase but the government still wants a share in what we provide! You will notice when you purchase tickets to other theatres such as the Muny in St. Louis, you have to pay a "service fee." This fee usually entails taxes and a processing or handling fee. CCP has decided to absorb the processing fee that we are charged when you pay with your credit card. However, we could not absorb the taxes, too. We want to be transparent to our audience members and let them know up front where their money is going. There is a very slim possibility that Uncle Sam may allow us to eliminate the taxes that we are required to charge and when/if that happens that savings will be passed on to our audience!

*Tax is now included in the ticket price per our patrons request.

My plans have changed and I cannot come to the show. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, all tickets are nonrefundable. Perhaps you know a friend or relative who could use a night out. Our tickets make great presents.

Please note that we will work with Season Ticket Holders to try to switch their tickets to another performance provided the requested performance is not sold out.

I want to sit with my friends at a certain table. How do I ensure that I can do that?

The best way is to get season tickets! Season ticket holders get priority seating at each production. Otherwise when you purchase your ticket simply state what table you would like to sit at and which friends you anticipate will be attending the same show. We will make every effort to accommodate you. Please note that some shows sell out early and while we may be able to get you into a certain performance we may not be able to seat you and your friends at the same table.

How many people can sit at a table?

Our round tables can sit up to eight people.

I want to attend a performance but I may not know which date until the day of the show. Can I still get a ticket?

Sometimes. If we are not sold out and you get your reservation in before noon for an evening performance or 9:00 am for a matinee, we can seat you. The reason for this is so that we can give our caterer the proper head count to ensure that there is plenty of food for everyone to enjoy.

I want to come to a show but not eat dinner. Is it possible to get a ticket?

Show only tickets may be available when a show is not sold out. You can come to the theatre thirty minutes before curtain for a show only ticket. These tickets are $20.00 each.

Do you have restrooms, where are they located, are they handicap accessible?

Yes, we have restrooms in our building and they are handicap accessible. We have two restrooms on the main level and larger restrooms downstairs via an elevator.

Where do I park?

We have a gravel parking lot next to the theatre. There is also handicap parking in front of the theatre. We request that you park only in these two areas as the parking lot in front of the senior apartments are for their tenants only.
